What askghost does
Some of your users quietly stopped showing up. They won't tell you why in an in-app survey — they don't open your app anymore. The one channel that still reaches them is email.
askghost sends those dormant users one short, personal question and collects their answers into a clear report — so you finally learn why they left, in their own words.
It's feedback, not marketing. One honest question, not a campaign blast.

Sending and support
By default we send from [email protected], so there's nothing to configure to get started. If you'd rather send from your company domain, you can register your own sending domain.

What it costs
Your first campaign is free — up to 50 recipients, no card required. The free credit is one-time, not a monthly plan. The founding-50 program gives the first 50 sign-ups (three operator emails excluded) 10,000 sends and a 700/day send cap (free 50 + founding boost 650); when those sends run out, the daily cap returns to 50/day. After that, sending more moves you to a paid plan; current plans are shown in the app.
