What askghost does
Some of your users will not write a long reply. In-app surveys miss anyone who is not in the product that day. Email still reaches them with one question.
askghost sends one short question by email and collects the answers into a report — reasons, not a score.
It's feedback, not marketing. One honest question, not a campaign blast.

Sending and support
By default we send from [email protected], so there's nothing to configure to get started. If you'd rather send from your company domain, you can register your own sending domain.

What it costs
Your first campaign is free — up to 50 recipients, no card required. The free credit is one-time, not a monthly plan. The founding-50 program gives the first 50 sign-ups (three operator emails excluded) 10,000 sends and a 700/day send cap (free 50 + founding boost 650); when those sends run out, the daily cap returns to 50/day. After that, sending more moves you to a paid plan; current plans are shown in the app. Starter is $3/mo for 1,000 sends.
